Most people experience a good cleanse with one sachet. But you may take up to two sachets a day.

Customers with naturally active bowel movement may reduce to half a sachet a day. If you are consuming half a sachet, please keep the remaining refrigerated and consume balance within the next 24-48 hours as the product contains active ingredients.

I still cannot poop (today) after drinking 1 sachet of detox glow last night. Why is it so?

People who have taken harsh laxatives before, may not respond so well to natural detox products. Similar to how people who have taken harsh weight loss products, may not respond so well to natural weight loss products.

While detoxing, it's important to drink at least 2 litres of water within the day. The body requires fluid to detox well. Within 24 to 48 hours, there should be some result. You may choose to take up to 2 sachets a day if you wish to.

Our product has been proven and tested to work, but that being said, individual results may still vary.

*Note*
Your output is highly dependent on our diet as well. Do note that if your body doesn’t have excess toxins or faeces to purge, you may not find the need to go to the toilet as much.

Yes you may consume 2 sachets a day, it is advised to stagger the consumption; e.g. one in the morning or mid-day, and another in the evening. Do rmember to hydrate well (at least 2 litres of water a day).

We recommend mixing with 150ml of water. We have tested 150ml to be the more acceptable sweetness/ concentration. That being said, everybody has a different palate. You may adjust the water level to your personal preference.

You will still be able to defecate without Detox Glow. It will not increase your body’s reliance on the beverage, as the formulation is made of natural ingredients, not of any chemicals that may cause reliance. You may however notice less bulky stool when you don't consume Detox Glow.

For people who normally can’t defecate daily due to a low fibre diet - If they stop Detox Glow and still don’t consume fibre in their daily diet, the body naturally starts to lack fibre, and thus may not be able to defecate as well again.

Many people want to clean out their intestines fast, but there is no fast way of doing it. Our intestine is about 6 to 7 metres long and it will take time to do a proper and thorough job.

On top of that, while we are clearing the existing toxins, we are still taking in new toxins. Thus, cleansing is an on-going journey.

Why do I experience bad stomach cramp and pain after consuming the Muscat Grape Detox Glow?

When you first start detoxing half sachet, it is normal to have a more intense stomachache. Overtime, with unhealthy diet and lifestyle, waste/toxins/oil are left behind in the digestive system. As these accumulate, they harden and become old faecal matters which coat the gastrointestinal tract walls, inhibiting vital nutrients absorption. These old faecal matters lining the wall of the digestive tract are what we want to flush out.

When Detox Glow enters the system, it works by softening these old faecal matters that’s stuck on the intestine walls. And the “dislodging”/ “squeezing it down” process comes off as a stomach ache (or camps).

For those with more old hardened stool, the fibre and enzymes have to work harder, to dislodge and move them down. Thus, experiencing more pain.

(The plant fibre and fruit enzyme works like a "broom" cleaning the gastrointestinal tract walls as it makes its way down.)
